Dear Dos Santos: I am writing to thank you and express my gratitude for my experience with you and Florida Joint & Spine over the last 10 months. The care I received from everyone was incredible-from the nurses in the back, the ladies at the front desk, your Nurse Practitioner Geena and specially you. The level of efficiency and knowledge put me at ease immediately. The welcoming & friendly attitude made every visit much less stressful. But the one thing in particular that I specially loved and appreciated was the time you spent with me, (and couple of times my husband)-NEVER making us feel rushed, explaining everything in detail, in ways that I/we could understand. That was priceless-cannot thank you enough! I forgot to include how much better I feel!!!! THAT is the icing on the cake.... Sincerely Rosemary Deckert
