Zhanna Fagin, APRN, offers more than 17 years of operating room experience, with a specialized focus in orthopedic and spine surgery. She began her medical career in Cleveland, Ohio, after completing her Surgical Technology training in 2009. Early in her career, she served as a surgical technician at the Cleveland Clinic, where she gained extensive hands-on experience supporting complex orthopedic and spine procedures.

Driven to expand her clinical impact, Zhanna advanced into nursing and became a Registered Nurse in 2014. She continued her work at Cleveland Clinic, further strengthening her clinical foundation, and later broadened her perspective through travel nursing assignments in diverse healthcare environments. Her commitment to professional development led her to earn a Master of Science in Nursing from Albany State University in 2023.

As a Nurse Practitioner, Zhanna has developed experience in dermatology and medical aesthetics, blending clinical expertise with a strong attention to detail and a patient-focused approach. She has since returned to her roots in orthopedics.

Zhanna is now joining the Orthopaedic team at Florida Joint Spine Institute, where she is dedicated to helping patients restore mobility, manage pain, and improve their overall quality of life.
